Variable Breathing/CSR?
#41
RE: Variable Breathing/CSR?
I got a new pillow 7 days ago but wanted to wait a bit before posting.

The pillow has stopped my waking up breathless, and I generally feel like I sleep fairly well, regardless of what the machine says.

I have lost 12 pounds, and quit beer Jan 2, so it's been a bit.

I've experimented with pressures and they don't really seem to make a difference other than being at 10 made me wake up and I set it back to 14, but have settled now on 12.

Here is last nights screenshot, it looks like hell. I am pretty sure the doctor is going to put me in for another sleep study, and we shall see what happens. Lots of cardio tests as well (I'm guessing they want to rule out heart failure and eventually get me out of afib).

Lot's going on for sure, and I'm not sure that there is much I can do in the short term, but I figured I post this and see if anyone else has any ideas.
