Diagnosis Psychology - Following State

Diagnosis Psychology - Following State
Hi all, id love to know other experiences from the point where they suspected they had sleep apnea to the diagnosis to wherever they are now.

In my case, only heard of sleep apnea 12 months back, it took me 3 months to figure out I could self diagnose to some extent, bought an o2 ring, started to collect that data, became fearful of sleeping because of the results and started to put 2+2 together on why I always felt knackered.

Then I was "oh sh*t, you mean i have to sleep with a mask like a dead old dude" and was pretty P*ssed off.

3 months on from the sleep study, i now literally adore sleeping with this jet of air up my nose.

Is this normal?

How bad does it need to be so that you actually really enjoy CPAP
