[Diagnosis] Undiagnosed Sleep Apnea
#11
RE: Undiagnosed Sleep Apnea
Bought myself a £65 laptop from Facebook marketplace just so I can use OSCAR (added bonus of being able to download Steam and play FM23 too). Anyway, here are the results, last 2 days I have noticed the mask leaks and it's showing in the data here and in MyAir.

Is it likely to be an issue with the mask or is it just not suited to me. Felt like it was ok on the first couple of nights (I've added a screenshot from over the weekend 20230826 Daily) which seems to show that there are no issues with leaks.

RE: Undiagnosed Sleep Apnea
I suspect the high leak rate on the 31st is from mask movement or it simply doesn't fit you correctly.  When you look at the leak rate graph and see spikes, that usually indicates mask movement.  I think you left the leak graph off on that chart.

Mask movement may be from moving around at night and the mask gets bumped.
If you sleep on your side, try sleeping with your head near the end of your pillow with the mask hanging slightly off the pillow.

Read through the Mask Primer as it may help you obtain a better fit.

Otherwise, you numbers look good.

When you repost a chart, we need to see the following graphs:  Events, Flow Rate, Pressure, Flow Limitations, and Leak Rate.   Always include the entire left sidebar, minus the calendar and pie chart.

Please follow this for a better screenshot:

Set your display to the Standard view.
(View > Reset Graphs > Standard)
Take a screenshot of your Daily screen.
