15 events X 15 seconds is 3.75 minutes not hours.

3 hours would mean 15 arousals would average 12 minutes each.

We would like two things:-

 1) To see your actual situation today, by posting the following graphs - Events, Flow Rate, Pressure, Leak Rate and Flow Limitations.

Please use the F12 key to take the screenshot. This will include the valuable information on the Daily Screen's left side. Also make sure the calendar is excluded as it will obscure the visibility of your settings.

For further detailed reading information see:-
Attaching images, files and posting charts. and Oscar chart organisation

2)  to fully understand your questions it would be helpful if you could also post a copy of your detailed sleep report, with of course your personal details redacted.

Thank you.

It appears your sleep study found a relatively low AHI and an arousal index (RDI) with 15 events that we can't calculate without knowing the length of the study. Even if you only slept 5-hours during the study, that translates to an RDI of only 3. You have mild obstructive sleep apnea that falls below the threshold for CPAP coverage, and may have been advised to monitor your weight and sleep habits then sent home. The good news is, you have a very low event rate, but you may feel fatigued due to interrupted sleep. You may be able to improve this by learning how even normal people may experience or relieve airway obstruction during sleep by being aware of how your sleep position, pillows and other factors can result in respiratory arousals. https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...onal_Apnea

With such a low diagnosed event and arousal rate, it is unlikely you are a candidate for CPAP therapy at this time. Keeping a sleep journal can help you to document if your sleep quality changes going forward. Give the positional apnea techniques a try.
