new member OSCAP analysis
Hello community, I am a newer CPAPer, used for about less than 3 months. I recently found this forum and how to use OSCAR, I think I am towards starting to enjoy the therapy now, I almost gave up a month ago.

I attached one night of my data, this is considered a good night for me, can anyone help me have a look at my data and give me some more suggestions to even improve more? I am using Philips Respironics DreamWear Gel Pillows mask, I tapped my mouth to prevent the air from leaking. Many thanks.

Welcome to the forum
On the charts, next time, drop the calendar (or use F12 to take the screenshot).
I would try setting EPR=3
and see which settings feel better for you.
well done and let us know.

Thank you very much for your prompt reply, will try tonight and see how it goes. I re-attached an F12 screenshot here.

Welcome! I’m glad you stuck with it.

When you come back after trying EPR of 3, could you also let us know in general how rested—or not— you’ve been feeling? That’s a critical piece of information.
