It's called the "CPAP PRO Nasal Pillow System" and is dependent on you keeping your mouth closed.

It's not the machine that's the issue... it's the mask/headgear and hose.

I just leave the machine out... looks kinda nice. Have an empty nightstand draw for the rest. But I'd go for a bigger machine if it had a retractable hose and mask storage built in.
