Do I need a BiPAP?

Do I need a BiPAP?
Still feeling tired after 1 1/2 years of therapy. I was advised by a member of this community that getting a Bi-Level could help.

What can it do better than my current machine? I'm ready to invest whatever it costs if it means I'm gonna feel better.

Sleep data attached.

Thanks!

RE: Do I need a BiPAP?
You have significant flow limitations, and a bi-level device like mine can help .
As for tuning your current instrument, I am not familiar with its capabilities. If you can define a difference between the EPAP and IPAP, then you can improve your situation. Judging from the pressure plot, you have this capability and are using about a 3 cm difference.  Try to increase it to 4 cm if it is within the capability of your instrument.

I'm not so good with the Prisma line, but fortunately we have a good wiki to help optimize. https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...timization
