According to TheLankyLefty27, these 'kinks' are nothing to worry about - they are apparently called "cardiogenic oscillations" or "cardioballistic artifacts". Basically, your heart beats are being picked up in your PAP device. Here's a link to his video about them:

The cardioballistic or cardiogenic osculations look just a bit different. Not saying it could not be CB, but here is our take on it in the Wiki. https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...cillations That's not really what I'm seeing.
