Does This Mean My Machine Has Been Used?

Mosquitobait Wrote:The user hours on the Airsense for Her are only for the last 30 days. So, except for the first 200 or so hours, they will not match the machine hours. I would think the regular Airsense is similar.

Are you sure about that? On my S9 (and I believe the A10 to be the same) the total machine run hours are stored forever. I think you might be confusing that with the compliance data (therapy hours) which is not the same thing.

Access the clinical menu: Press and hold the dial and the Home button for three seconds.
The Home screen is displayed with an unlock icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Go to Configuration | About |View Run Hours - that should give you the total hours on the machine.

DeepBreathing, let me clarify. I was speaking of USER hours not RUN (or machine) hours. I don't have an S9 to look at (sold mine), but on the Airsense, the USER hours are only for the last 30 days. User hours are found directly under the MyAir in the Sleep section. To get the RUN hours on my machine, I don't even have to go to the clinical menu. I go to OPTIONS and then scroll down to ABOUT and the RUN hours are displayed.

And yes, on the S9, you had to go into the clinical menu to get RUN Hours.
