I understand you are concerned that your health system may end up providing fixed CPAP when your Autoset trial is over. It is my understanding that somehow the Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset For Her has been classified as CPAP in Canada and is being provided at the CPAP rate. That is worth looking into.
The graphs I have seen show some clusters of OA and I think there is at least some positional component there. Take a look at this wiki article to see how we view clusters as indicative of chin-tucking http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...onal_Apnea
