Agreed, that looks like an excellent night. You *might* bump to 10 to work on the remaining events, but you are looking pretty good regardless.

I would not bump pressure with OA now at 0.1, hypopnea at 1.0 and a few centrals. The machine is cruising at 9.0 and makes no attempt to move upward, other than the usual Philips pattern. If you choose to make any changes at this point, I would keep them to 1/2 cm increments. Leaks are very good and snores are not present. This is pretty much what good results look like.
