Dont-know
See your doctor. Your problems need to be addressed by him or her, not a social forum.

He doesn't have time to chat all day. I like hearing others story.

Here is a link to a lot of other members' story. You might find an answer to your dilemma by reading them. Other than that, you need to make an appointment with your doctor. Of course your doctor doesn't have time to chat all day because he/she is helping patients. He/she can't chat with you all day but you can make an appointment, get your sleep study results, talk to your doctor about your lack of sleep and that you have a hard time using the machine. Your doctor is the best person to help you because we don't know your situation, medical history, etc. It isn't that we don't want to help you but that we can't help you.

Make that appointment!

Enhander,
There is no reason why you do not have your titration results, has it not been almost two months?

Some of us here know your history from the other forum, and granted, you were not treated well there, but there were at least a couple people that gave you good advice, which you have not responded to or taken.

I'm also aware that you are using a donated CPAP machine and mask and guessing at your pressure. This obviously isn't working for you.

You may have other health issues unrelated to sleep apnea. Your doctor is the only one who can answer your questions concerning your lingering headaches.

I believe you are sincere and looking for help, but the best thing you can do for yourself is call your doctor, set up an appointment soon. Tell them you want to discuss your sleep study results and get a script for a machine and mask. If you aren't satisfied with your doctor, find another one!

Wishing you the best!
