Hello,
I was told by the cpap supplier to use liquid dish soap that does not have the anti-bacterial stuff in it. I got a store-brand cheap one for less than a dollar.

I can't see how any of the antibacterial agents in dish washing detergents could damage plastic or silicone components. Their pretty mild.

Suave 2 in 1 Bath and Body Wash for men works great for the mask and hose.
 Why spend more than you have to.
