Does the machine tell the truth?
#21
RE: Does the machine tell the truth?
This looks very good, and for now I would work towards weaning off ramp or simply turning it off. We can see on 2/12 in the second session that a lot of events are withing the ramp period and the machine quickly increases pressure once ramp ends to address it. Another option is to put ramp on Auto, and it should detect sleep and move to therapy pressure sooner than the current 45 minutes.

EPR at 3 would further cut flow limitation and may clean out the remaining hypopnea. I think current settings are effective, so it is really in your hands if or when you want to make this additional change. You did not increase CA events, and your therapy looks good here.

RE: Does the machine tell the truth?
Awesome thanks.  It takes me a while to fall asleep but I’ll work towards at least reducing the ramp.  Thanks again for your input.
