For a few months I was using the APAP function as normal CPAP gives me considerable gas but the tiredness only felt worse. I have recently returned to full CPAP as is evident on the attached OSCAR data. I know my AHI is still high so I likely need to increase the pressure, and also, sleep for longer. That said, all the data itself doesn't make much sense to me so I was wondering if anyone could shed any light or what settings I should try?

Feeling tired, finally looking at data
After being diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2017, the treatment has been rather helpful. This year I have been consistently tired. I've had blood tests and they have all come back fine so that makes me look at my CPAP.

We need to see a whole night's data, not just the zoomed in area you posted.
Machine: ResMed AirCurve 10 Vauto
Mask: Bleep DreamPort Sleep Solution

Sorry, Deborah. See attached. I've included last nights reading too. I increased the pressure to 15 but obtained worse results...

RE: Feeling tired, finally looking at data
To help determine what your problem is it would be helpful if you put your machine into APAP mode for at least a few nights. To start I would suggest a starting minimum pressure of 11cm and a maximum pressure of 17 with the EPR set at 2. It is very difficult to determine proper settings when you are in CPAP mode. Also, turn off your ramp if at all possible as you get little treatment when it is on. Post some new charts after perhaps two nights and either I or someone else may be able to help with your settings.

RE: Feeling tired, finally looking at data
I think that you are having some positional apnea (Clusters of Apneas) Pressure alone will not help these as they are caused by chin tucking, imagine a garden hose that will not pass water because the hose is bent over. If you sleep on your back try sleeping on your side, try using a shorter pillow, some folks use a soft cervical collar to help control them.
The collar didn't work for me, I had to change my sleep position from my back to my side to stop them. You will need to experiment to see what works for you. See the link below for more info and possible remedies.
