Two nights ago I had a 6.8 night which I haven't had for a long time. The previous night was 0.83. Last night I was back to 1.63 which included a first three hours at 0.0. Large leaks were evident in the last part of my sleep cycle. So I guess that the night at 6+ was just a blip.

Hi Mttnkatt and welcome!
One thing I know will change my AHI is the mask I use. I'm sure in time you will get lots of helpful advice and figure out how to get the best numbers you can. Good luck!
