Reverse Deduce normal AHI?

This might be impossible, but for insurance purposes I need to know what my AHI would be if I wasn't using a CPAP.  The CPAP vendor I want to use suggests I take their test for 3 nights...but that means 3 nights without sleep and headaches during the day.

I figure I have years of data from my Airsense 10 that I can view in OSCAR. I'm hoping there's some way to "reverse estimate" that number. All they need is an estimate really, and I'd like to be able to back up that estimate before asking my doctor to vouch for that number.

Any ideas? Or is this just impossible?

I seriously doubt that you can estimate your untreated AHI from your treated data.
I suggest you dig out your sleep test report from years ago and give them that number. The sleep lab will probably make a copy for you for $20 or so if you can't find it.
