Mine was delivered to them on the 10th, and status was updated to this (took about 7-10 days to update):

"We have received your device

Thank you for returning your affected device to Philips Respironics. We have received it and are processing your financial payment. Please check back for an update to see that your check has been issued.

Please note, the check will be sent to the address we have on file from your registration. If there are any changes, please contact us at 877-907-7508."

Awaiting check...

Add me to the list who decided to return their DS Go for the payout, they offered me $500.

Process for generating the QR code worked fine, dropped it off at FedEx yesterday, will see how long it takes to get a check.

I decided to get a AirMini for travel when I saw it on sale for ~$850 with mask kit around the time of Prime Day sales, so far I really like it

Good to hear you like the AirMini, because that's what I ordered today lol. Does the humidification recycling approach work ok? Are you using HumidX or HumidX Plus cartridges?

I don't use the humidifier so I'm afraid I can't speak to that.

It took *three weeks* from when it was delivered, but Philips has finally switched over to "we have received your device".

Now the waiting game for a check...

I haven't checked since last week, but seeing that my status hadn't been updated by that point, I called and spoke to a rep. She told me that basically, all of the returned units are "sitting on the dock" and the portal will be updated as they're scanned in. She said the portal should be updated soon and to expect my check within 6 weeks.

2.5 weeks in since Philips finally scanned it in as received and still no movement to any sort of "we cut the check". I wish I could work this slowly at my day job and still somehow collect a paycheck.

Just give me my damn payment so I can end this Dreamstation saga once and for all, Philips...
