I have a question to you guys as you are way more experienced.
I wake up several times every night (it started long before I started CPAP therapy). Quite often I check my machine then, because I am not sure if it is stiil working. I just don't feel it blowing air. Of course everything is all right.
Is this a sign that the pressure is too low?
My AHIs are ok. I am still quite new in the therapy - started 38 days ago.
Bonjour often asks "how someone feel". So I just don't know. It is better when I sleep with mask, I can stop the afternoon nap and survive to the evening, I can play with my kids for a while everyday. So it is better. But I still feel like with no energy (maybe because of kids...)
Do you think I should change anything (pressure)? Or is it just still the beggining of my therapy and I should "get used to it".
I know (because I read it somewhere here) that one should not look for 0.0 AHI, but it is not about that. There were two nights during these 38 days, that I slept the whole night with no single break. And that was GREAT. I felt great after that nights.
I attach screens of the three last nights and those two great nights with no awakenings (28.09.2019, 9.10.2019).
