Dwild - Therapy Thread
                Hey there!

I'm writing into say I'll be following your thread because I have the same question. In case anyone asks, therapy has generally made me feel a lot better during the day and improved my energy levels, but recently I seem to have backslid a little. I'm feeling really groggy in the morning and generally need quite a bit of sleep (8-10 hours).

Looking at my Oscar report, my numbers are really good. The only thing standing out to me is that my effective pressure is very low <5.5 and my tidal volume hovers around 350--seems like im a pretty shallow breather.

All things considered however therapy has been good for me. I'd love to make it even better.

Thank you everyone and anyone who takes a look at this post. I have been a lurker on the board for years but only recently made an account. I was about to give up on therapy when y'all taught me that the vents on my mask needed to be cleaned lol. Thank you everyone!

RE: Dwild - Therapy Thread
Hi Dwild! - Welcome

In order not to hijack another member's thread, I have split your post into its own thread. I named it, "Dwild - Therapy Thread". Pretty catchy, huh? Big Grin

In case you have a problem finding your thread, I will be sending a followup PM with its link.
