EPR Change to Help With Flow Limits?

EPR Change to Help With Flow Limits?
Generally speaking, I feel like my PAP therapy is treating me well. My only complaint is that in the last 6 months, I have been waking up at 4 or 5 AM for no apparent reason. I haven't changed my sleep hygiene or nighttime routine in any way. This may be due to my O2 levels dropping at this time due to my COPD issues. I will need to get an oximeter to verify that, though.

You can see by the screenshot for Sunday 1/14 that my flow limits aren't terribly high but could be lower. I decided to try and see if raising my EPR from 1 cm to 3 cm would make any difference. And while it did lower them significantly as you can see by the screenshot from 1/17. However, the payoff of course was an increase in central events.

I realize that the ultimate test would be how I feel since the changes, but I don't really notice any difference. It's only been a few days though.
My question is, is this worth messing with or should I just leave well enough alone?

Second chart looks better to me, because CA events are more likely to go away on their own as your body adjusts to that setting, compared to the FLs on the first setting which are likely to stay put.

If you're comfortable with the edit, it's worth keeping. Even with this small level of elevation in CA it's not bad. Especially in light of COPD. I couldn't possibly generate a relatively decent chart like this with anything short of AVAPS.

UPSman, you could always Change your EPR to 2.  Maybe you'd find a happy medium.

Yes, I thought of that too.
I think I’ll give it a week or so before changing again to see if things even out.
