What you experienced was an "Oops!" while it was being tested. I have merged your post with the others about the message. OSCAR version 1.3 just entered beta and will not be ready for release for a little while longer. Based off your profile, I don't see anything that would necessitate a jump to that version in its present form.
Also, SuperSleeper is not involved in OSCAR's development, other than providing server space for the project. The OSCAR project coordinator/manager is Gideon. Please feel free to address any ideas or concerns about OSCAR to him.
