Diet and AHI

Diet and AHI
About 8 months ago after gaining some more weight I had to switch from my Dreamstation auto
to a Bipap set at 24-20. Then after losing 30lbs I was able to go back to my Dreamstation  set at
15 -20. and it almost never goes above 16.  But I have noticed that if I go off my low carb diet the
pressure I require and my AHI that night is lower. Then the next day when I cut back on carbs again
that night my pressure may go a little higher along with a higher AHI. I have noticed this pattern perhaps
30 times over the last 2 years. Could I just be more restless if I go to bed hungry and would this show up
in one of the SleepyHead graphs if so which one ?

RE: Diet and AHI
When you eat carbs, you retain more water in your trunk, which can affect your breathing. It seems you are super sensitive to this. Keep that in mind for salt intake as you get older.

I've noticed similar things.
