[Equipment] Best Backup Battery?

Best Backup Battery?
Hi. I'm wondering if there's any consensus on the best battery/generator to use during power outages?

I have an aircurve 10 ASV, for central sleep apnea. I did once buy a resmed battery, but it only lasted maybe five hours per night without using the humidifier.

I've been looking at Jackery and I'm wondering if those are considered good, or if there's any other type of battery/generator that preferably doesn't weigh a ton, but would offer several nights of use?  (Extra points for ability to charge other items, too.)

Many thanks,

Midge

Here are a few threads returned using the search term, "battery backup".  These should answer most of your questions.

I found this on the Apnea Board Wiki, using the same search term as above.

For what it’s worth, I measured the power drain with my ResMed AirSense 10, with humidifier on auto and heated tubing on auto, at an average pressure of 12. It needed about 360w over a period of 8 hours. I’d say that any battery solution with significantly less than 400w would likely be inadequate.

RE: Best Backup Battery?
I have experience only with Medistrom.  I purchased a single battery and kit to power my RESMED AS-10 Elite on 8cm pressure.  I keep my humidity demands low to off.

A single Medistrom battery can power my machine, only the fan, no humidity, no tube temp, for about 6 hours, maybe 6.5.  I have awakened, using it on two different camping trips, to the fan off and me breathing contentedly via the vent holes at the top of my tube near the seven hour mark.  So, it works, and it works reliably for a limited time.

I understand that you can piggyback/stack two or more Medistrom batteries, but they're not exactly cheap....they cost as much as a decent radio/CD player replacement for your car.
