Very good, anything under 5 is classed as treated, we normally aim for less than 2 and your at less than 1 brilliant

That's a very low result.  It means your machine is well dialed-in...for you and your apnea problems.  The fact is that the industry feels that as many as 4.9 recognizable events each hour that you sleep is deemed to be 'treated'.  I'm no expert, but that seems to me to be rather 'generous' in the wrong direction.  Then again, when people get diagnosed showing an average of 10 or even 60 events per hour, maybe 4.9 is a relatively safe and manageable rate.

BTW, you'll get a fair bit of variance over time.  One night might be your low 0.87, but the very next could be 0.2, as mine has been two nights running.  Sunday might show 0.99, or even 1.1 for whatever reason.  As long as that range is narrow, and your sleepyhead data shows no upward trends over a couple of months, you are doing really well.
