Failure DreamStation Cpap pro
Good day,
When I plug in the DreamSation Cpap Pro the screen turns on and off constantly until the message "repair needed" appears.
I managed to go to the menu to check the performance and I got a failure with the code A 493.0692.7213.9630.8876.
Do you know what this code is for?
Thank you,
bidibim

My wife had a similar code and when she called the DME they said they would ship her a new machine, which they did. She then got a Code 300 on that machine and they sent yet another replacement. Our DME told use that the only place to get the code deciphered was the manufacturer and they do not talk to end users. I called PR and they aid they only work with DMEs/medical offices.

RE: Failure DreamStation Cpap pro
I found this link that talks about service software that can talk to machines and tell the service people what the errors are.

If you like this sort of thing.. you might be able to create an account and download that software here:

I don't know if simply creating an account will immediately let you access that software or not.... it might.
