[Equipment] Is there a way to tell whether this anti snoring device is treating my sleep apnea?

RE: Is there a way to tell whether this anti snoring device is treating my sleep apnea?
My sleep specialist said that initially they had hopes for this, however in practice it failed, because of the discomfort of the treatment was one reason he gave. I guess the zap to bring your tongue back would also arouse you in sleep, which defeats the purpose of obstructive treatment.

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.
