So below 95% SPO2 for 30% of the time when awake isn't significant?

(35 yo, non smoker, normal bmi)

I am below 95% SPO2 for 85% - 95% of the time overnight / asleep...

and below 90% SPO2 generally for 1% of the time overnight.

This has no actual bearing on sleep apnea though, is that right? Can it tell us anything though?

I based my reply on the fact that your saturation waveform is not staying at a lower level, but bounces around like your awake breathing pattern.  With that said, Your report lists the data of one very small snapshot of your life. Since this still concerns you, I recommend that you take your data printout to your PCP.  He or she should be aware of your long term health history and can provide you with a better analysis.
