Go to the very top and click on CPAP setup manuals. As far as the pressure go ahead and drop the maximum pressure to 10cm for now. You may have to raise it later. The mask fit tests and the maximum pressure set. So you were getting 20cm pressure with the mask fit test. 10cm should be a little easier to take starting off.

Thanks...my machine can be set to cpap, s, or v auto...I’m not seeing explanation, but would think I want it at cpap...do you know what each mean and/or do? Crazy how difficult it seems for me to find answers that seem simple or maybe I’m not looking in the right way?

You want to set it it to VAUTO. Also go to the private files for members. You can request a copy of the clinic manual and that will explain a lot about your machine.
