Nose Pillow
Hi
Can I use a Nose Pillow even though I breathe out through my nose. I have checked out a number of FAQ sites and not found the answer. Cheers savey

without question, even if you are a mouth breather but you do have to manage the mouth breathing somehow.

When wearing a nasal pillow, both inhale and exhale should occur through the nose. The mask is vented and allows for exhale. You should not notice a lot of difference between nasal pillows and a nasal mask.
