You want to use a soft cervical collar that can nudge below your jaw line. This also helps keep your jaw closed so you may not need the chin strap. You can find them at any drug store or on line at Amazon or Walmart to name a few.

The OTC collar from Amazon (about $10) has worked well for me. It is one of the few that comes in multiple sizes (both height and neck size) and has a sizing chart. If you use the collar you may be able to get rid of the chin strap. I started with a chin strap but switched to the collar. I works well and id more comfortable. If you spent most of the night at the maximum pressure with nor reduction in OAs you may benefit from a higher max pressure.

I would love if the collar lets me not use the chin strap. The strap irritates my skin.
