[Equipment] clock in machine: how set?

How do you set the clock in a CPAP machine?

There must be one as SleepyHead s/w tells me the dates and times for events.

When I had a cellular modem I thought the clock was set automatically from the cell tower.

Now I don't have a modem, so there is no electronic connection that I know of. Is there?

Eventually the clock will drift and/or I might move to a different time zone.

So how do you set the clock in a CPAP machine?
