Evaluation of my data

Evaluation of my data
New User here. Diagnosed in March of 2023 with moderate OSA with AHI of 23. I've been tired for many many years. I've gotten used to wearing the mask almost all night every night, for about the last 2 months.  My AHI is almost always under 1. I wake up to use restroom 2-3 times a night. My prescribed pressure was 5-15 but have been playing around with it to see if that made any difference, which is hasn't so far. Still tired. I know it can take time to see results but just wondering if I can get any insight. Thanks.

Have you ever tried EPR? Your pressure hits your max off and on throughout the night which looks like it might be from REM and some leaking. EPR might help even things out.

Thanks for replying! I've never changed the EPR. So change it from the current "Ramp only" with level 3, to "Full Time" with same level of 3? Thank you! Smile

Yeah, you can try EPR=3 and see how it goes.  You will need to raise your min pressure to 7 for EPR=3 to take full effect.  That should be fine though as your average pressure is above 7.

RE: Evaluation of my data
Ok, so made those changes and wanted to see how it went for last 3 nights. I feel relatively the same, maybe slightly less sleepy in afternoon. Still have that kind of unrested feeling though. Any other changes I should make? Will post the last 3 nights of charts since I made the change to EPR full time at level 3, with increase of min pressure from 5 to 7. Also, realized i left off original post that I use the f30i mask because I'm a mouth breather, and also I sleep on my stomach which I have tried to change to side sleeping with not much success. Thanks for any input.

RE: Evaluation of my data
I was wondering if anyone can take a look at my chart from last night. I still fell unrested when I get up in the morning, and i usually wake up 2-4 times a night to urinate. Urologist says prostate is normal. I almost always have a chronic mild headache, and feel like it may be from unrestful sleep. If any zooms are needed, let me know. Thank you so much.

You still have some flow limits and soring.  To help with that you need to raise the min.  I would try min 8 and see if that is enough.  I would also turn off the ramp.  While the ramp is on, you are not getting any therapy and it will not record your events.  Most people find that the ramp is just not necessary.

Thanks for replying! I did try your suggestions last night. It was not a great night. With the ramp off, I felt like there was a wind tunnel blowing into my lungs. I had a very hard time falling asleep and woke up several times. I'm guessing I am just not used to it yet. I actually had to change back to auto ramp after a couple hours of trying to fall asleep because I was quite uncomfortable. Maybe I can do a few days of 15 mins of ramp, then 10 mins, then 5 mins, to work my way up to no ramp? Is that a good idea? I'll attach last night's chart.

@ Liveoak86

Gradual adjustment is an excellent idea, in time you'll get used to it.
