I order a Resmed Airfit 30 Mask from Supplier #10. They promptly shipped it (all the way to South Africa), but when I opened the parcel, it only contained the replacement cushion. I emailed them and within an hour they've created a new order which should ship out today ... AND let me keep the replacement cushion free of charge.
