Here's last night with suggested settings, don't know why it looks so different with the long red line.

Your data looks great!  How do you feel?

It looks like you turned on the CPAP for less than a second at 1:44:26PM.  What is odd is the End time is 1 minute earlier than the Start time listing.   One of those "Huh-m-m-m-m" moments. Thinking-about

To remove this artifact and to expand the graphs, you need to first go to OSCAR > Preferences > Clinical tab and select the Passive Mode.  This will allow you to deselect sessions.  Now go back to your Daily screen and uncheck the first session, 10/17 with a 13:44:26 start time.   If you are not familiar with what I'm referring to, look at the lower left under the Details heading, Session Information.

I was trying to get the Brevida pillows situated at the beginning, keep thinking how nice it would be to use a pillow mask. But I tend to get longer sleep with the Amara View.

Felt very good this morning! The ebbing of afternoon tiredness is what astonishes me! And the absence of large leaks.

So that's two nights on PS5, should I lower it again?

No, your flow limit numbers are high enough that any lower would not be advisable. I might increase your EPAP min to 7cm. Otherwise, you look pretty much dialed-in. Again, are you feeling rested?
