Fan is running but no pressure from Dreamstaion

Fan is running but no pressure from Dreamstaion
A couple of weeks ago I woke up from a good night’s sleep and decided to replace the humidified tank in my Dreamstation II. After I did that, the machine sounded like it was working, and the screen said it was working, but I wasn’t getting any pressure through the hose.
I had replaced the filters as well, so I made sure everything was as it should be but nothing I did fixed it. I broke out my backup machine, another Dreamstation II, and hooked it up. This machine was a replacement under the recall. I’d used it for two nights to make sure it worked then put it away, so I was sure I was okay, but this machine did the same thing.
I called my DME provider who told me that had no one there who could test or work on the equipment. I broke out my Z1 travel unit and used it. Now the humidity exchanger isn’t working well enough to keep my sinuses from drying out.
Phillips told me two months ago they would send me an auto-adjusting machine to replace my second recalled Dreamstation, but it hasn’t arrived, so I’m trying to find out if anyone has experienced something like this and found out what’s wrong. My machine was set for 11PSI so I do need it quickly.
Oh-jeez

Hey Fred....
Seems really odd that both machines were not pushing air.
- Was the same hose used for both machines? If so any chance the hose has a split and losing air? Try a different hose.
- Try detaching the hose at the machine and see if there is any air blowing out at the connector. Start a mask fit test which will push a decent volume of air.
- Check to ensure humidifier tank is seated to the machine snuggly and its lid is latched OK. I've had nights I thought my DS2 humidifier was mounted OK, but wasn't and no air was coming through the hose.

Turn the machine on and work back from the mask to find where you get airflow. Remove the mask from tube, then tube from machine, then humidifier chamber. At some point you're going to get a big leak of air, then it should be easier to figure this out.
