Fantastic article on ventilation

In my continued attempt to learn more about apnea, I found this fantastic article, recently published, explaining many of the concepts of ventilation.  I am finding it incredibly insightful with regards to some of the more subtle tweaks that can be made, especially if you are using bipap, in which more of the settings can be manipulated.  Now whether this actually makes a difference is yet to be seen
