I'm pretty good and trying most things out to help improve my health a little. I'm really fed up annoyed irritated with this whole thing. Yes it might be helping to stop with the headaches bit it's not actually helping go to sleep. I don't have any stresses as such. The oxygen is Noisey. And I've tried 2 other machines to see if it's any quieter. I'm still awake at 1.40am.
It sounds to me like you are conflating CPAP problems with oxygen concentrator problems. If the noise from the oxygen concentrator is an issue, that's got to be addressed by the supplier of the concentrator. There's nothing you can do in terms of the CPAP's settings that are going to change the noise from the concentrator.

You could see if they can provide an extra long O2 cannula so that you can move the concentrator into a different room when you are sleeping. That might help.

Also: Are you on O2 only at night? Or are you on it in the daytime as well? If you use the concentrator during the day, does the noise bother you then?

Also lost the SD card at the moment and that stopped recording. I feel wide awake at the moment. Yet around 2pm most afternoons I can get some sleep. I have a heart condition. Sorry if this is in any wrong place.
When you say you can get some sleep in the afternoon, is that with or without the prescribed equipment?
