How did you feel when you woke up? Looks like you have room for improvement in solving your mask leaks as your leak data is pretty high.

I had dropped it from 15.5cmh20 to 15cm last night to see if I could drop my leaks down a bit, I felt a little worse than normal (when at 15.5)...

I'm not sure you have a leak problem.

You're using a DreamStation, they report leaks very differently than ResMeds.

Respironics report leaks as total leak  (Intentional (venting) + unintentional))
ResMed's report leaks Unintentional only. True leaks.

When looking at a Respironics, if two leak lines are present you look at the bottom line. Also recognize that the bottom line is dependent on a properly set mask (x) setting. Which is only published for Respironics masks.

Your average pressure between EPAP and IPAP is about 14.4, the F20 vents about 42LPM at that pressure. This re-enforces that the bottom line looks to be closer to your true leak.

People have a tendency to comment on all leak graphs by ResMed standards and then apply the 24LPM tolerance to it.

About your AHI 0.0. Nice No-hitter!

I don't like your snore trace, especially that nasty hump. I also don't like the RERAs but have never had much confidence in RERA flagging on both ResMed's and Respironics.

If your numbers are good, and your sleeping well. Leave things be, maybe consider bumping up your pressure by 0.5 to clean up your snores.

If you are bothered by leaks, especially if you are woken by them, then work on them and consider lowering your pressure.

Any leak rate graph should be, for the most part, smooth and horizontal. There will of course be some variation, but large variations for large chunks of time indicate a problem.

Thank you both for the responses, I will raise pressure by .5-1.0 tonight and see how it goes. Smile

I'm still having snoring episodes, I've raised the pressure to 16cm tonight.   Here is last night's data:

Phaleronic,
The chart you posted above is from May 30. Do you have a more recent one?

Just to comment on the snores. It's always been a mystery in the difference between
VS and VS2 snores. Some here believe that the VS2 snores are not real and that the machine is possibly flagging sounds picked up elsewhere... like the hose moving along the covers. The VS snore flags are thought to be real. (You don't have any)

Do you have a significant other that sleeps with you? Do they notice you snoring? If not, I would ignore the VS2 and turn it off in preferences.

Your numbers look great, except for some Rera's and Hypopnea, which I don't believe Respironics machines handle very well.

Since you are already using CFlex 1, try using CFlex2. Keep your pressure at 15 or 15.5, whichever is more comfortable. I don't see a need for higher pressure.

Hi Opal, my wife says that I sometimes snore softly through the mask (she can hear it), but compared to what I was before treatment it's minimal (I was a train at night and she could barely sleep in the same room).

Here is last nights data at 16cm:
