Use settings of minimum 5.0, maximum 5.0 and EPR 1. Dreamstation has problems with syncing to your breathing if you're using Flex, so the pressure deliver is not comparable. Resmed will flag a hypopnea when respiratory flow is 30 to 50% of normal baseline, and flag apnea when flow is 30% of baseline. I forget what the Philips thresholds are, but they are similar.

So I played around with the pressure the last two nights, and ive ended up at 5.8-6.4 last night with 3EPR and it felt good all night, no swallowing any air, didnt feel like it was forcing too much air up my nose, comfortable to breathe in and out at these settings. I did have more events last night though, is that just *me*, or could it be related to the settings? Should I continue to try and bump up the pressure just a little every night to see how high I can go and if the events come down, the higher I take the pressure? Or is where im at last night fine? Ty again for all your wonderful advice
Your event rate is okay, and you're comfortable. You could get the same results with minimum 6.0, maximum 6.0 and EPR 2, or CPAP at 6.0 and EPR 2. We use the EPAP pressure to control obstructive apnea, and with your current settings, your machine never leaves 4.0 cm EPAP pressure. I just think you would find the fixed pressure less disruptive, and it does the same thing.

Heres the last weeks worth of OSCAR data, if you guys think this is all good, ill stay with these settings (6/6 EPR 2) going ahead, if not, let me know what you think I could change! Many thanks
