RE: Completed First Night
Just thought I'd post from last night. I've kept the same pressure for the past week to just get adjusted to everything a bit more. I have had no instances of excessive dry mouth during the night when going down to this lower pressure so my breathing thru the mouth has been minimal. I still wake up numerous times towards the 2nd half of the night. I don't know if that is sleep apnea related, or related to other issues (ambien tapering, sleep discomfort, etc.) I do feel better on morning when I get myself to bed earlier (duh).

This seems to be working better and more comfortably for you than previous higher pressures. Whatever you decide to do (if anything), I would keep it to small increments since this is going well.

RE: Completed First Night
I know that lying on your back is not good for sleep apnea. I usually fall asleep lying on my sides but always wake up during the night on my back. Does it sound reasonable to assume that the lying on my back is contributing to me waking up several times during the night? Also, just curious if there are ways to combat the rolling onto my back
