A few questions whilst I navigate my journey (masks/flow rate)

RE: A few questions whilst I navigate my journey (masks/flow rate)
Done a few more tests. I actually think this is nasal congestion on exhale. Seems to make sense I would feel it in my throat if I have a build up of air there that cant escape quickly enough through my nose. On my 2021 MRI my left turbinate is huge. Ive been using steroid nasal spray for a year and PPI's due to silent reflux and inflamed lining which I think is resolved now but I can see that left turbinate when I use my camera torch. Ive been using nasal strips with the cpap. Only thing I can think to do it get a full face mask. I dont mouth breathe but I could maybe train myself to exhale out the mouth on cpap. I know thats not ideal but I believe the next step would be going back to the ENT for a possible op but in the uk on nhs that would take a long time if they would do it at all

Definitely nasal congestion.  I used some decongestant I had from last year and my problem last night was being able to exhale too much that I was having centrals whilst nodding off so it will be epr down for me once I find a solution.

Considering the alaxo stent and will be asking to be referred back to ENT. I have a deviated septum on the left as well as the enlarged turbinate that side according to my MRI. The ENT mustn't have considered it a problem as he didn't mention it but it clearly is. The decongestant didnt do anything for that side so I must still have some congestion from the reflux on the right.

Also will need to tape as woke up mouth snoring.

I consider this being one step closer!
