Fisher & Paykel Icon Not saving on USB Stick
Hi everyone!
I'm from Brazil, I bought a used Fisher & Paykel Icon (unfortunately it belonged to a child who passed away) 3 years ago, it's been used and is saving my nights.
But the USB card doesn't save anything, I believe it was formatted by the previous owner.
Can anyone here tell me if it has to be formatted in FAT, FAT32 or NTFS?
Is there any proprietary file that it has to have internally in order to work?
I saw the prices for a new one, but it's $60 plus shipping to Brazil, plus import taxes, all of this multiplied by the dollar rate, it's unreal to me!
I looked for apps on the official website, but as it is an old device, all links do not work, I believe there is no longer any official support.
Can anyone here help me? Or show me a way to get answers?
