RE: FlashPAP - FlashAir WiFi SD card utility
Thinking about it, let me add/rephrase my previous post.
What is your current DHCP range set to in your router?
In order to assign a static IP correctly your DHCP range should be outside the IP address you want to assign to the SD card.
For example: if your DHCP range is 10.0.1.2 thru 10.0.1.40 then you can assign 10.0.1.44 to the SD card.
If DHCP is 10.0.1.2 thru 10.0.1.50 then you would need to use a higher static IP for your SD card, like 10.0.1.60
Just a note.... the command "arp -a" does not always show all the IP address'. If you have something that has a "power saver" mode the IP will not show if the item is asleep. Many networked printers have this feature and would require a WOL signal or ping to wake it up and show the IP address using arp. Ping should work though.
So after you check the DHCP range in your router, edit the following lines in the config file, assuming the static IP address is not part of the DHCP range:
IP_Address=10.0.1.44
SUBNET_MASK=255.255.255.0
Default_Gateway=10.0.1.1
RE: FlashPAP - FlashAir WiFi SD card utility
Sorry guys and dolls.
Life is getting in the way. Been preoccupied with other important things but I have been reading the posts here.
I am entertaining the thought of redoing my Flash Air with an older version of the FlashAir Updater tool. I was thinking that I do probably have some issues with my Config file still as mentioned in this thread. But after I do some more testing with Config parameters, if not successful, I'm going to try an older Updater tool and see if I can get the second cycle to complete and shoot to complete the third cycle too. Not sure what the importance of the third cycle is. Maybe just a verification process. Maybe something more important.
Will report back here when I can. Thank you all for the help so far as progress has been made.

I have split
todivefor's posts concerning the 64Gb FlashAir's setup into its own thread. You may find it here:

RE: FlashPAP - FlashAir WiFi SD card utility
FlashAircard was PIA for a while but once I got that setup went looking and found your software. I used Amazon Corretto x86 java instead of Oracle Java and it worked great!
RE: FlashPAP - FlashAir WiFi SD card utility
Where do you guys buy these at reasonable cost? Seeing them for 300+ on amazon. Nuts.
RE: FlashPAP - FlashAir WiFi SD card utility
The ones that are for sale at or near a reasonable price probably don't work. This has been the case for many that have purchased these cards in the past year. Since they discontinued manufacture of these little puppies, a working one will demand a price like gold.
