welcome to the forum
how do you know pressure remain at 7.5 during the night
if machine set on auto 7.50-11 ... it start with the low pressure 7.5 and adjust accordingly as you drift to sleep
but if set on cpap mode at 7.5 ... it stay at 7.5 all night long
are you checking 90% pressure (auto only) on the lcd screen

if you have not so yet, you can ask for the manual for your machine. make sure you ask for the right one (scroll down to section three)

SleepyHead support PRS1 50 series machines, there is a patch to work with 60 series machine. EncoreBasic is good too

Thanks for reply.

Yes, it's on auto mode. I am checking 90% pressure.

When I stop airflow using my hand or hold my breath, pressure does not go up independent of how long I hold.

What is the way to know if machine is faulty or not and whether it's auto feature is working at all?

I am also checking the links you have sent

RE: Remstar Auto Test
If you're in auto mode and the pressure range is 7.5 - 11.0 and your pressure remains consistently at 7.5, it may be that your pressure needs are 7.5 or below.

You might try to set the lower pressure at 6.0 and see if the delivered pressure is reduced after that change.

Also, you can download the free SleepyHead software (read about that HERE), and see what's going on with your treatment in all areas, since you have a fully data-capable machine.

What was your titrated pressure during your sleep study?

check the link SS gave you to download SleepyHead software
the pressure graph is the best way to determine whats going on with the pressure during the night breath by breath

just what SS said about lowering the minimum pressure
you could try unplug the machine from wall socket and plug back

your machine is not PRS1 Pro with AutoIQ
