Flattened Tidal Volume
I see this sometimes. I don’t know what it means. The Tidal Volume flattens.
Could this be REM. But my Fitbit disagrees. Fitbit shows first REM about 12:30. I think it is just actually going to sleep. So Awake breathing versus Sleep breathing. Just looks funny because if I am correct, I must have woken at 11:20 and then went back to sleep at midnight. The Tidal Volume after midnight is similarly flattened but has more variation.
I had a CA just before and 2 after this one. I have 3 periods of Tidal Volume flattening early am hours with 2 being almost an hour duration. But still more variation. But having the center also around 537 instead of the above1400 for guessing awake.
Is that normal to have 1/3 Volume of awake during sleep if I am reading this right?
