Hi!  Here is the data from last night (Mon 3/13).  

Based on the flow limits (again - argh!), do you think I need to suck it up and try to learn to tolerate a higher max pressure?  I don't know if I can yet, but I wonder if that's the only answer.  

I think I read that flow limits are especially problematic if they result in an arousal, as it prob means I didn't get enough air so I woke myself up.  I def wake up a lot when I use the machine and it leaves me really sleepy so are the flow limitations the cause of the wake-ups every 40 min to an hour or 1.5 hours or can't tell that from the data?

I really committed to try and make it at least 4 hours last night using the machine.  I did, though it was in "chunks" of time, due to the wake-ups.  I was discouraged from being so tired, but I'm not giving up yet.

Looks like I had RERA's so are those the times that maybe the flow limit was bad enough that it "almost" was going to be an apnea/hypopnea, but it didn't happen?

If you have any more advice for me, I'd really appreciate it.  Then I'll stop, as I know I've posted quite a few days in a row and there are a lot of people here than want your expertise.  Don't want to wear out my welcome for goodness sake!  I do read the other posts you all post to learn from those, too.

Your solution may lie in bilevel therapyu. I don't mind moving to a pressure of 9.0 if you want to try it. Your first arousal and therapy break was flow limits. The second was leaks, and I can't see anything obvious for the third but the fourth was a RERA from flow limits. Your sleep seems to be fragile and you awaken on fairly minimal changes in respiration or pressure. With fixed pressure, we are trying to take that out of the equation. Obviously, there are no apnea events at 8/5 pressure. When you're ready, try 9/9 pressure EPR 3.

Ah, I get it!  Thx for the extra explanation about what’s happening with the wake ups.  

I’ll try min 8, max 9 tonight and see how I hold up, but am also kinda tempted to just go for it - straight to the 9/9 with EPR 3, too. Will see how gutsy I get at bedtime.  

I sure hope we can get my current machine to work for me, as I just bought it in Jan 2023.
