For chronic mouth leakers using tape and getting mixed results, or even poor results.

For chronic mouth leakers using tape and getting mixed results, or even poor results.
I have been using CoverRoll tape for some time which works OK'ish,  but far from perfect. Problem is that after several hours saliva would work it's way through and partially break the seal. It slowly got worse and worse, creating all sorts of problems.

I used to put the tape on just simply over my mouth including of course the corners.

I have found this fitting technique inefficient.

Instead, it appears a  better technique is to "fold or roll" your lips inwards so that the lips are not completely visible, then affix the tape.

I had pretty remarkable results, which became consistently good, instead of wild fluctuations due to erratic leaks.

This all sounds pretty weird, and may not be suitable for everyone, but it doesn't cost anything to try.

I hope this may help someone, somewhere.

Regards

Sounds like a great tip, thanks for sharing. Many people here struggle with mouth leaks.
