Full Face Mask - Whistle on exhalation

Full Face Mask - Whistle on exhalation
Hi - I use a Dreamstation 2 full face mask, with a minimum pressure of 10 and max of 12. I've recently turned off Flex and my AHI has dropped to 1! It's been great, but my mask is whistling and I think it's every time I exhale.

I'm thinking about turning Flex back to 1, but that will probably increase my AHI back to 3-4. Curious if anybody has any other thoughts of what could help?

Perhaps adding water to the humidier? Increasing the max or min pressure along with the change in the flex setting?

Would love ideas as I'm very happy with my AHI now but I have to change the settings...

RE: Full Face Mask - Whistle on exhalation
The whistling sound may be something simple.  Try different EPR/Flex settings, and see if it makes a difference.  Also be sure the humidifier isn't overfilled and that it is seated firmly in place.

As far as changing pressure, we don't like "quessing".  We like to see some data to base our advice on.

When you say your AHI increases with the use of Flex.... are the increases Clear Airway events?

Download OSCAR, and post a couple Screenshots of your data.  This way, we can give more accurate advice.  See the links in my Signature Line to help guide you.

Hi - here is screenshots from Oscar. I'd love advice on what I could try to change to both lower any sound on my exhales and to lower my AHI.
