Like other's said it depends on the person. I was a lucky one and the day after my first night I felt better than I've ever have. It's been two weeks and I have more energy than I can ever remember having in life.

It will not go higher than the lowest pressure needed to resolve and AHI event in any case, assuming it is functioning correctly. I am not a data junkie and only check data every month or two or four, maybe more frequently if I think I am having problems, but I don't think I've ever seen my machine go above 13, usually an occasional 12, but I leave the top of the range at 15 cm. OMMOHY
